You must be at least 18 years of age to use MyOfficeLine services. By signing up, you confirm that you are 18 years of age or older.

2. Service Description

MyOfficeLine provides 24/7 professional answering services for small businesses. Our office team answers incoming calls on behalf of your business and relays customer information to you via SMS and email, including caller name, phone number, and the reason for their call.

3. SMS Use Cases

By providing your phone number and consenting to SMS communications, you may receive the following types of messages from MyOfficeLine:

• Service alerts: Real-time notifications when a customer calls your business, including caller details.
• Transactional messages: Account confirmations, billing updates, and onboarding information.
• Promotional messages: Special offers and service updates (only if you have opted in to marketing communications).

4. SMS Opt-Out Instructions

You may opt out of SMS messages at any time by replying STOP to any message from us. After opting out, you will receive a single confirmation message and no further SMS messages will be sent. To opt back in, reply START. Reply HELP for assistance.

5. Message and Data Rates

Message and data rates may apply to all SMS messages sent and received. Your mobile carrier's standard messaging rates apply. MyOfficeLine is not responsible for any charges imposed by your carrier. For questions about your plan, contact your mobile carrier.

6. Carrier Liability Disclaimer

MyOfficeLine is not responsible for any delays, failures, or errors in SMS message delivery caused by mobile carriers or network providers. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Message delivery is subject to carrier availability and network conditions.

7. Subscription and Billing

Service begins with an $80 first-month trial. After the trial period, service automatically continues at $200 per month. You may cancel at any time with no cancellation fees by contacting us before your renewal date.

9. Acceptable Use
